Ralph Williams cuts the hair of shop regular Norm Searle at Ralph's House of Hair in Ogden on Thursday, July 14, 2016. Williams has been cutting Searle's hair since he was a teenager. For the past 55 years, Williams has been working out his own shop at the corner of 24th and Monroe. "I probably could have done things to make a lot more money," says Williams, "but I can't think of a profession I would enjoy more."
